摘　　要：为了探讨移动运营商NB-IoT部署策略,针对NB-IoT的几种可行建网策略进行了对比分析,结合与欧洲高端运营商的交流总结,列举了现网升级和全新建网的优缺点,并给出了初期现网升级、中期虚拟化全新建网的建议方案。In order to investigate the NB-IoT deployment strategy for mobile operators, several network construction strategies were compared and analyzed according to NB-IoT. Combined with the experience of European high-end operators, advantages and disadvantages of updating existing network and constructing new network were elaborated. The proposed solutions to updating existing network in the early stage and constructing new network in the middle stage were presented.
