摘  要:硫酸钡垢和漏失的重晶石加重钻井液严重堵塞渗流通道,污染地层,极难解除,影响油气井产量。研制出以DTPA为主剂,以低分子量聚丙烯酸钠为辅剂的钡、锶垢解堵剂SA-20,并系统的考察了pH值、主剂浓度、辅剂浓度、反应时间、反应温度、钙镁垢及Fe3+对解堵性能的影响,揭示了不同条件下解堵剂作用机理,进而评价溶垢效果。结果表明,在pH为12、低分子量聚丙烯酸钠浓度0.5%、DTPA浓度为6%、反应时间为4小时、反应温度为150—170℃时,解堵效果最好,且解堵剂耐高温性能良好,特别适用于高温、高压地层。Due to barium sulphate scale and the leakage of barite, drilling fluid seriously blocks channel and damages formation, and it is difficult to dissolve the drilling fluid, therefore, the production is affected. According to these problems, this paper developed a blockage removal agent SA-20 based on DTPA as main agent and low molecular weight sodium polyacrylate as auxiliary agent, meanwhile, this paper studied the influence of pH value, concentration of main agent, concentration of auxiliary agent, reac- tion time, reaction temperature, calcium and magnesium scale, and ferric ion on the performance of blockage removal agent, thereby revealing the mechanism of blockage removal agent under different conditions and evaluating scale dissolving effects. The results show that when pH value is 12, concentration of low molecular weight sodium polyacrylate is 0.5 %, concentration of DTPA is 6 %, reaction time is 4 h, and reaction temperature is 150 - 170 ℃, the blockage removal agent has the best plug removal effect and good temperature resistant performance, which is especially suitable for high temperature and high pressure formation.
