双亲主要性状在低纬高原两系杂交稻高纯高产制种技术中的研究

摘　　要：以两系杂交籼稻云两优144的亲本为研究对象,在云南水富不同海拔条件下分期播种,明确母本2301S的育性转换规律和父母本的主要性状和生育进程。通过分析双亲在不同海拔条件下的播始历期、主茎叶片数、自交不实率(结实事)等主要性状和生育进程差异,建立了云两优144双亲主要性状回归方程,为云两优144在当地不同海拔条件下梯田制种提供技术指导,同时也为两系杂交稻在低纬高原区域高纯高产制种提供技术参考。Using the parants of two-line hybrid indiea rice varieties ＇ yunliangyou144＇ as the research object, fertility transformation rule of female parents 2301S and the maintraits and reproductive process of parents were studied at different soving time in different ecological conditions in Shuifu county of Yunnan province. Through the analysis of the difference of parents main properties, such as duration from seeding to heading, main stem leaf number, fertility rate （setting） in different ecological conditions, the ＇ yunliangyou144＇ parents regression equation of the main characters was set up, which provided technical guidance of ＇ yunliangyou144＇ under different ecological conditions in the local terraces breeding and also provided technical reference of two-line hybrid rice in high purity and high yield breeding in low latitude plateau area.
