摘 要:为改良玉米Suwan和Tuxpeno种质,并为早代测配选择提供理论依据;采用NCⅡ遗传交配设计和部分平衡格子方设计法,以Suwan-Lancaster、Tuxpeno-Reid改良系及测验种等14份玉米自交系为供试材料,组配成49个杂交组合,通过田间组合鉴定研究玉米自交系产量与穗长、百粒重等9个农艺性状的配合力。结果表明:Suwan-Lancaster和Tuxpeno-Reid改良系产量一般配合力较高,两大类群改良系间产量特殊配合力较大,相互杂交能够产生较强的杂种优势;两改良系各性状的加性方差均大于非加性方差,占总体基因型方差比例均大于60%。In order to improve the germplasms of Suwan and Tuxpeno, the North Carolina Ⅱ design was adopted to cross 49 varieties with Suwan-Lancaster, Tuxpeno-Reid improved lines and testers. Partially Balanced Lattice Design was employed in the field experiment which evaluated 49 test crosses. The combining and hereditary parameters of improved liens for agronomic characters were analyzed. The results showed that the improved lines have higher general combining ability. There are higher specific combining between those lines and heterosis. The variance of additive effect was higher than that of non-additive effect, the ratio of additive variance to genetic variance all reached 60 %.
