摘 要:本文盆栽条件下研究了水氮配合对春小麦产量和蛋白质组分含量的影响。结果表明,在不同土壤相对含水量下,合理迫施氮肥能够显著提高春小麦籽粒产量。中水或高水条件下,追氮时期对小麦籽粒产量影响不显著,建议在拔节期追施氮肥。推迟施氮时期及合理增加施氮量,有助于提高小麦籽粒蛋白质含量、蛋白质产量和蛋白质各组分含量,追氮时期应选择在抽穗期或灌浆期。增加土壤相对含水量,会降低籽粒蛋白质含量和蛋白质各组分含量。水分亏缺或过量均不利于小麦籽粒蛋白质产量的提高。在生产实践中,要根据不同的栽培目的确定灌水和施肥方案。The pot experiments were conducted to study the effect of water and nitrogen cooperation on spring wheat yield and protein components content. The results showed that under different relative soil water contents, reasonable topdressing N fertilizer could significantly improve the spring wheat yield. Under the conditions of high water or middle water, N topdressing stage had no significant effects on wheat yield, recommending topdressing N at jointing stage. Delaying the stage of N and reasonably increasing N application rate could improve the grain protein content, protein yield and protein components content, recommending topdressing N at heading or filling stage. Increasing the relative soil water content could reduce the grain protein content and protein components content. Water deficit or excessive were not conducive to improve grain protein yield. In the production practice, the irrigation and fertilization should be determined according to the different cultivated purpose.
