摘 要:连续3年采用氮添加的添加实验,研究了氮添加(CK,0 g·m^(-2)·a^(-1);低氮LN,10 g·m^(-2)·a^(-1);中氮MN,20 g·m^(-2)·a^(-1);高氮HN,40 g·m^(-2)·a^(-1))对黎蒴栲(Castanopsis fissa)根区土壤养分及叶片生理特性的影响。结果表明:①土壤含水量随氮添加的增加呈先增加后降低趋势,土壤pH随氮添加的增加呈先降低后增加趋势,土壤电导率和全盐含量氮添加的增加呈增加趋势;②随氮素浓度的增加土壤各养分含量呈先增加后下降趋势,总体表现为MN>HN>LN>CK,说明氮素能够增加黎蒴栲根区土壤养分含量,其中以中度水平的氮添加对黎蒴栲根区土壤养分含量增加效应最为明显,土壤速效养分对氮添加的响应最为敏感;③黎蒴栲根区土壤酶活性与土壤养分含量的变化趋势保持一致,土壤微酶活性对于氮添加的敏感性高于土壤养分;④氮添加处理下黎蒴栲叶面积指数、叶干物质含量、叶片N和P含量随氮添加的增加呈先增加后降低趋势,以中水平氮添加处理下黎蒴栲叶片属性各指标达到最大;⑤氮添加处理下黎蒴栲叶片Chl a、Chl b、碳水化合物含量和蛋白质含量保持一致的变化规律,随氮添加的增加呈先增加后降低的趋势,以中度水平的氮添加达到最大;⑥相关性分析表明氮添加处理下黎蒴栲根区土壤养分与叶片生理特性之间具有一定的相关性。综上可知,3 a的氮添加对黎蒴栲叶片属性及土壤性质的发育起到了一定的促进作用,但高浓度的氮添加具有轻微的抑制作用。The effects of Castanopsisfissa leaf characteristics and the root soil properties to different nitrogen addition levels[ CK(0g·m-2·a-1) ,LN (10g·m-2·a-1) ,MN (20g·m-2·a-1),HN (40 g·m-2·a-1) ]with manual nitrogen addition method for three consecutive years were studied. The results showed that (i)Soil moisture content first increased and then decreased with the increasing of nitrogen concentration, while soil pH was the opposite trend with soil moisture content, and soil conductivity and the salt content increased with the increasing of nitrogen concentration. (ii) Soil nutrients first increased and then decreased with the increasing of nitrogen concentrations with MN 〉 HN 〉 LN 〉 CK, which indicated that nitrogen could increase the soil nutrient content of Castanopsisfissa root zone, the moderate levels of nitrogen concentration for Castanopsisfissa had most obvious effect, and the soil available nutrients was the most sensitive to nitro- gen concentration. (iii) The so.il enzyme activity had the same variation tendency with the soil nutrients, which were more sensitive to nitro- gen concentration with a higher increasing range. (iv) The plant leaf area index, LDMC, N and P content of Castanopsisfissa increased with the increasing of nitrogen concentration with MN 〉 HN 〉 LN 〉 CK and reached the highest with moderate level. (v) Chlorophyll a and b, carbohydrate content and protein content of Castanopsisfissa had the same change rule which first increased and then decreased with the increasing of nitrogen concentration. (vi) Correlation analysis showed that the root zone soil nutrients had a certain correlation with leaf physiological characteristics of Castanopsisfissa. It was concluded that the nitrogen concentration could promote the Castanopsis fissa soil properties and the leaf characteristics, but high concentra- tion of nitrogen had a certain inhibitory effect.
