提升机制动系统油压的计算及运行实践

摘　　要：对水口山铜矿二坑(副井)改造后新提升系统中制动系统最大的工作油压和一级制动油压进行计算,其结果作为该提升系统中制动系统油压的调定依据。文中对油压的计算过程、参数选择、计算方法以及二级制动原理进行了详细的介绍。In this paper, the maximum working oil pressure and the first stage brake oil pressure of the braking sys- tem in the new hoist system at No. 2 shaft （auxiliary shaft） of Shuikoushan copper mine were calculated, and the calculation results were used as the adjusting basis of the braking system in the hoist system. Then they were intro- duced in details that the calculation procedure, the selection of parameters, the calculation method of the oil pres- sure and the principle of the two stage braking.
