摘  要:文章讨论了电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定无汞锌粉中砷和锑的含量,试验对影响ICP-MS分析可靠性的各种因素进行了考察,研究了试样基体及酸度对被测元素强度的影响,优选了适宜的仪器测定参数,通过正确选择测定方法和加入内标的测定方法消除基体及共存元素的影响。经对大量样品的分析表明,该法简便快速,满足分析测试的要求,将检测限降低到0.4 ppb。This paper discussed the content determination of arsenic and antimony in the mercury-free zinc powder by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer. The test investigated effects of various factors on ICP-MS reliability and the effect of matrix and acidity on the measured element strength, and optimized properly instrument determine parameters. By selecting correct determination method and adding internal labels, the effect of matrix and coexisting elements were eliminated. The analysis of a large number of samples showed that the method is simple and rapid, and can meet the requirements of analysis and determination, and the detection limit of the method is reduced to 0. 4ppb.
