妈祖民俗体育文化资源开发的问题与对策

摘　　要：妈祖民俗体育文化资源具有的类别多样、分布广阔、禀赋独特、价值高等优势,为资源开发创造了良好条件;但其在开发过程中,存在缺乏科学的资源整合与整体规划、资源传承与保护不到位、相关理论研究缺乏、人才队伍梯队培养体系不完善、市场培育不足、产业化乏力等问题。为促进妈祖民俗体育文化资源的合理开发与有效利用,应加强政府引导、全民参与,构建保护与传承体系,深化人才队伍建设,加快产业化进程,构建闽台妈祖民俗体育文化圈。A combined study using literature search, interviews and field analysis has indicated that the folk sports of Mazu cultural resource are of diversity, wide distribution, uniqueness and high value that help for its exploitation. However, its development shows lack of appropriate resources integration and development strategy, weak efforts in their inheritance and protection, lack of theory and professional people training mechanism, and poor marketing and industrialization. Government should play a stronger role in revolving more people and developing professionals in the inheritance and protection of folk sports to speed up industrialization and build the circle of Folk Sports of Mazu Cultural Resources between Fujian and Taiwan.
