达克罗宁胶浆联合右美托咪定对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者苏醒期躁动的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨达克罗宁胶浆联合右美托咪定对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者苏醒期躁动的影响。方法选取2014年2月至2015年12月于本院行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者90例为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组各45例。研究组患者术前给予右美托咪定联合达克罗宁胶浆,对照组患者给予右美托咪定。比较两组患者睁眼时间、苏醒时间及拔管时间,并分别于拔管前采用Riker镇静评分、拔管后5分钟采用Ramsay镇静评分评估两组患者躁动情况。结果两组患者睁眼时间、苏醒时间、拔管时间及Riker和Ramsay镇静评分比较差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。研究组患者苏醒期躁动发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),术后苏醒期躁动评分(pediatric anesthesia emergence delirium,PAED)显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论达克罗宁胶浆联合右美托咪定应用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术中,可减少患者术后躁动,但不影响苏醒质量。Objective To evaluate the effect of dexmedetomidine combined with daclonin in laparoscopic cholecystectomy on restlessness during recovery. Method From February 2014 to December 2015, 90 patients with laparoscopic cholecysteetomy in our hospital were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 45 patients in each group. Patients in study group were treated with dexmedetomidine combined with dyclonine glue, patients in control group were given dexmedetomidine. The time of eye opening, time of awakening and time of extubation were compared between the two groups. Before extubation, Riker sedation score was used, 5 minutes after extubation, Ramsay sedation score was used to assess the agitation of the patients between the two groups. Result Two groups of patients with open eyes difference time, recovery time, extubation time and Riker and Ramsay scores were not significant （P ~ 0.05）. Patients in study group of restlessness in the proportion was lower than control group （P 〈 0.05）, postoperative PAED score was significantly lower than control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The combination of dexmedetomidine and daclonin in laparoscopic cholecystectomy can reduce postoperative restlessness and does not affect the quality of awakening.
