补阳还五汤结合电针治疗运动后神经肌肉损伤的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探究补阳还五汤结合电针治疗运动后神经肌肉损伤的疗效。方法将105例运动后神经肌肉损伤患者随机分为2组,对照组52例,每天进行1次局部电针治疗以及常规的康复辅助治疗;治疗组53例,除进行以上疗法外,另给予补阳还五汤。1周为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后观察比较2组患者的VAS评分、肌肉运动功能和神经感觉功能的改善状况以及锌(Zn)、铁(Fe)、钙(Ca)微量元素的水平。结果治疗前,2组患者VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组的VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗组肌肉运动功能和神经感觉功能的改善状况也均优于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05),同时治疗组的Zn、Fe、Ca微量元素的水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论补阳还五汤结合电针治疗对运动后神经肌肉损伤的疼痛症状、肌肉运动功能和神经感觉功能的改善均有较好的临床效果,并可有效提高血中Zn、Fe、Ca微量元素的水平,疗效优于单纯采用电针治疗。Objective To probe the clinical effects of combined treatment of Buyang Huanwu decoction and electro-acupuncture on neuromuscular injury after exercise. Methods One hundred and five cases of neuromuscular injury after exercise were divided into control group（52 cases） and treating group（53 cases）. The control group was given the treatment of electro-acupuncture and routine rehabilitation therapy. The treating group took Buyang Huanwu decoction orally besides the same treatment as the control group. After two weeks treatment, the clinical effects,VAS score and serum level of Zn,Fe,Ca were observed and compared between two groups. Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS scores between two groups. After the treatment, the VAS score of the treating group was obviously lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. After the treatment,the movement of the injured muscle and the sensation of the injured nervous tissue were improved more significantly than the control group（P〈0.01 ,P〈0.05）. After the treatment, serum levels of Zn, Fe,Ca in the treating group were obviously higher than those of the control group （P〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Combined treatment of Buyang Huanwu decoction and electro-acupuncture can improve VAS score, the movement of the injured muscle and the sensation of the injured nervous tissue,and can enhance serum levels of Zn,Fe,Ca in patient with neuromuscular injury after exercise ,which is superior to single electro-acupuncture.
