摘  要:教师的科研意向对科研产出有着重要影响,关系到一所高校的发展动力和社会影响力。通过对不同属性的高校教师自身评定结果进行单因素方差分析等发现,高职称教师、男性教师以及"985"和"211"大学教师的研究意向较强;民办大学和市属大学的教师对学校的科研制度、政策、资源的满意度相对较低,文科领域教师的教学活动与研究活动相背离的倾向较明显。通过结构方程模型分析发现,影响教师研究意向的诸要素中,高校对教师的研究要求导致了研究时间的不足;而高校科研资源、制度保障能够直接促进教师的研究意向,也在某种程度上确保了教师的研究时间;教学与研究的融合,对提高研究意向具有促进作用。Research intention of teachers has a significant influence on the output of scientific research, which may affect the motive force of development and social influence of a university. The study evaluates university teachers from different groups by making a one-way analysisof variance. The results show that teachers with senior professional titles, male teachers, and teachers from the universities of "985" and "211" projects have strong research intention. Teachers from private and city–run universities have low degree of satisfaction with the system, policies, and resources of scientific research. They feel a big insufficiency in their research time; there is a strong tendency of deviation in teaching and doing research for the teachers from social sciences. It is found, in the analysis by structure equation model, that the research requirements lead to the insufficiency in research time; while the guarantee of the resources and policies of science research can enhance research intention, and assure teachers of sufficient research time. And the integration of teaching with research can promote research intention.
