摘　　要：信息化条件下军队资金区域化集中支付体系的建立需要依托完善的综合信息管理系统,切实提高军费运转效率。所以,从业务应用系统、信息网络系统和安全保障系统三个方面进行了初步架构,即以应用为中心,以网络为支撑,以安全为保障。The establishment of information under the condition of regional funds centralized payment system needs to rely on the comprehensive information management system,and effectively improve the military operation efficiency.So,from the three aspects of business application system,information network system and security system conducted a preliminary framework,is used as the center, take the network as the support in order to secure the security.
