摘  要:阐述了江西德兴某钼加工冶炼厂辉钼矿加工生产流程过程中钼金属回收率方面的问题。结合生产实践对生产过程中钼金属流失的损失方向进行了分析,提出了通过强化焙烧质量、采用两级逆流酸浸、氨浸渣再处理及酸沉工艺等有效措施来提高钼金属综合回收率,对国内外类似企业具有一定的参考价值。This paper discusses the problem of molybdenum recovery rate in Jiangxi Dexing molybdenum smelter molybdenite production process. Combined with production practice, the loss directions of molybdenum metal in the production were analyzed. Through strengthening roasting quality, applying a two-stage countercurrent acid leaching, ammonia leaching residue reprocessing and acid precipitation process, the comprehensive recovery of molybdenum metal rate has been improved by such series of effective measures, which has certain reference value tosimilar enterprises in domestic and abroad.
