摘　　要：高校财务人员的招聘门槛不断提高,高校财务部门的管理职位却十分有限,基于产教研视角研究高校财务人员能力提升,不仅有利于高校财务人员提高专业技能,优化教师队伍结构,充实会计实务研究力量,更能为高校财务人员提供广阔的职业提升和发展空间。The recruitment requirement for the accountants becomes higher and higher,but the administrative post is limited in the financial section of Colleges and Universities. Study of？Accountants＇ Ability Improvement in Universities helps improve the level of the accounting personnel,but also to optimize the structure of teachers,to enrich the accounting practice research strength,and more to provide broad space for one＇s career advancement and development for accounting personnel in colleges and universities; ability improvement.
