摘　　要：中国经济进入新常态,经济结构不断升级。资源型城市经济转型作为我国重大发展战略,不仅应该把握"新常态"带来的机遇,还应该接受"新常态"下的挑战。新常态是城市经济的一股活水,给资源型城市经济增加活力、提供转型条件。同时,转型中一些历史遗留问题、路径依赖以及创新乏力等问题的解决迫在眉睫。要利用经济新常态的大环境,构建多元融资渠道;依托资源优势拉长产业链条,发展资源替代产业;重视科技创新,推进产业升级,最终实现新的发展路径,使资源型城市经济更平稳地转型。China＇s economy is gradually entered the new normal, economic structure is escalating. As a major development strategy in China, the economic transformation of resource - based city should not only grasp the opportunities brought about by the ＂new nor- mal＂ , but also accept the challenge of the ＂new normal＂. The new normal as the living water of urban economy, increases economy vi- tality, provides transformation for resource - based city. In the process of transformation, some problems left over by＂ history, for sol- ving the problems of the path dependence and innovation problems are imminent. Use the new normal environment and build a diversi- fied financing channels ; Relying on the resource advantages of spin industry chain, the development of substitutes for resources indus- try; Attaches great importance to the scientific and technological innovation, promoting industrial upgrading, to realize the new devel- opment path, make the economic transformation more stable of resource - based city.
