信息的本体论意义与传播学价值

摘　　要：在本体论层次上,信息是一种不以人的主观意志为转移的客观现象,表现为事物内部结构与外部联系的状态及状态变化的方式。本体论信息与认识论信息之间,是可以互相转比的。信息是人类生存的前提、人类智慧的源泉、人类社会发展的重要资源。在自然资源有限的条件下,可持续发展必须依靠信息的有效增值。信息以能量与物质为媒介,自由地超越空间与时间进行传播,乃新闻传播学的逻辑起点。从新闻研究到信息研究的转型,一方面反映了信息传播的蓬勃发展,另一方面也反映了新闻学研究对象的相应扩大。信息能使物质世界中的各种物质、能量有序运行,能使整个社会持续存在并不断发展。At the ontological level,the information is an objective phenomenon,which is not subject to the human＇s subjective will. It is the state of the internal structure and external relations of things. The information of ontology and that of epistemology can be transformed and contrasted with each other. The information is the premise of human existence,the source of human wisdom and the important resources of human social development. Because of the limited natural resources,the sustainable development must depend on the effective increment of the information. The information is the logical starting point of the journalism and communication,which spreads beyond space and time with freedom in the medium of energy and material. The transformation from the news research into the information research,is a reflection of the rapid development of information communication,on the other hand,it also reflects the research object of the journalism has been expanded commensurately. In the physical world,the information can make various materials and energy work orderly,and can make the whole society in constant existence and development.
