薛景石及其制车技术研究

摘　　要：《梓人遗制》是元初的一部木工专著,是科技史上山西人的重要著作之一,在科技史上占有重要的地位。作者为元初河东万泉人薛景石。《梓人遗制》原书八卷,图文并茂,保存了很多元朝初年的技术史料。该书保存至今的共有车制、纺织机具和小木作三部分,9000余字,图30幅左右。学界对该书的研究主要集中在纺织机具的挖掘与评价上,车制部分尚未展开深入的研究。笔者重点对该书车制部分展开分析,指出薛景石在中国科技史上的成就是多方面的,其对中国古车制作技术的影响也是不容忽视的。他不仅是一位技术精湛的木匠,而且还是一位具有文化传承和创新思维的有识之士。The Carpenter＇s Legacy,a woodwork monograph in the early Yuan Dynasty,is one of the important monographs in the history of science and technology in Shanxi,and it occupies an important position in the history of science and technology. The author,XUE Jing- shi was from Wanquan,Hedong. The Carpenter＇ s Legacy which has eight volumes and excels in both illustrations and literary interpretation preserves a lot of historical data in the early Yuan Dynasty. What has been preserved in this book involves such three parts as manufacturing wooden cart,textile machinery and small woodwork production,with about 9000 words and 30 illustration. The research on this book mainly concentrates on the excavation and evaluation of the textile machinery,and the cart manufacturing has not been deeply researched. This paper focuses on wooden cart manufacturing,pointing out XUE Jing- shi ＇s achievements are wide- ranging in the history of science and technology in China,and its impact on ancient Chinese techinque in manufacturing wooden cart can not be ignored. He was not only a skilled carpenter,but also a far-sighted man with cultural heritage and innovative thinking.
