摘  要:目的研究与分析种植体周围细菌感染患者病原菌分布情况及耐药性,为种植体周围细菌感染的防控与治疗提供参考依据。方法选取医院2013年1月-2016年6月45例种植体周围细菌感染患者为研究对象,对其病原菌分布情况进行统计,并分析厌氧菌的耐药性;采用美国BD公司phoenix100全自动细菌鉴定仪进行菌株检测;采用全自动细菌鉴定仪对厌氧菌耐药性进行检测;采用SPSS16.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果 45例种植体周围细菌感染患者共检出82株病原菌,其中厌氧菌56株占68.29%,需氧菌17株占20.73%,有益菌9株占10.98%,厌氧菌所占比例明显高于需氧菌和有益菌,菌落计数也存在明显差异,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),口腔链球菌、牙龈卟啉单胞菌、中间普雷沃菌等厌氧菌是常见的致病菌;厌氧菌对苯唑西林和克林霉素的耐药率相对较高,明显高于对其他药物的耐药率,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论种植体周围细菌感染患者病原菌以厌氧菌为主,且其耐药性也有自身特点,应针对其特点进行针对性防控及治疗。OBECTIVE To observe the distribution and drug resistance of pathogens causing bacterial infections around implant so as to provide guidance for control and treatment of the bacterial infections around implant. METHODS A total of 45 patients with bacterial infections around implant who were treated in the hospital from Jan 2013 to Jun 2016 were recruited as the study objects, the distribution of the pathogens was statistically analyzed, the drug resistance of anaerobic bacteria was analyzed, the strains were identified by using phoenixl00 automatic bacteria identification system of BD company, America. The drug resistance of anaerobic bacteria was detected via automatic bacteria identification system, and the statistical analysis was performed with the use of SPSS16. 0 software. RESULTS Totally 82 strains of pathogens were isolated from the 45 patients with bacterial infection around implant, including 56 (68.29%) strains of anaerobic bacteria, 17 (20.73%) strains of aerobic bacteria, and 9 (10. 98%) strains of beneficial bacteria. The proportion of the anaerobic bacteria was significantly higher than that of the aerobic bacteria or beneficial bacteria, the bacterial colony counts also varied significantly, and there was significant difference (P〈0. 05). Streptococcus oralis, Porphyromonas gingivalis, and Prevotella intermedia were the common species of pathogenic anaerobic bacteria. The drug resistance rates of the anaerobic bacteria were significantly higher to oxaeillin and clindarnycin than to other antibiotics(P〈0.05). CONCLUSION The anaerobic bacteria are dominant among the pathogens causing the bacterial infection around implant, and the drug resistance had its own characteristics; it is necessary to take targeted prevention measures aiming at its characteristics.
