摘 要:目的探讨高血压脑出血采用微创引流术对神经功能缺损评分的影响。方法选取本院2012年3月至2016年2月收治的150例高血压脑出血患者,根据不同手术方式,将其分为微创引流组和常规治疗组,每组75例,对比两种治疗方式对神经功能的影响。结果微创引流术组患者手术前后神经功能比较,改善明显,优于常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);两组患者手术后1个月疗效对比差异有统计学意义(78.7%比57.3%,P〈0.05)。结论高血压脑出血患者采取微创引流术治疗疗效确切,可促使患者神经功能恢复,提高患者生活质量,改善预后,临床医生应结合患者具体病情合理选择手术方案。Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive drainage for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage on neurological deficit score. Methods 150 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated at our hospital from March, 2012 to February, 2016 were selected and divided into a minimally invasive drainage group and a conventional treatment group according to different surgical methods, 75 for each group. The effects on neurological function were compared between these two groups. Results The neurological function was better after than before the treatment in the minimally invasive drainage group and was obviously better in the minimally invasive drainage group than in the conventional treatment group after the treatment, with statistical differences (P 〈 0.05). One month after the operation, the efficacy was 78.7% in the minimally invasive drainage group and 57.3% in the conventional treatment group, with a statistical difference (P 〈0.05). Conclusions Minimally invasive drainage for patients with hypertensive intraeerebral hemorrhage is effective and can promote the recovery of the patients neurological function and improve the patients' quality of life and prognosis, so it has a certain value of popularization and application.
