摘 要:目的:建立一种简便、快速、准确可靠的石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定全血中铅的方法。方法:全血样经0.02%Pd Cl2+0.5%Triton X-100+0.1%HNO3混合基体改进剂稀释后直接进样,塞曼背景校正,峰面积定量,石墨炉原子吸收标准加入校正法进行测定。结果:血铅含量在0~200μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9996,方法的检出限为0.38μg/L,加标回收率为97.9%~104.2%,RSD为4.3%~5.5%,应用方法测定GBW(E)090033-090036全血铅、镉成分分析标准物质结果与标准值相吻合。结论:房法准确度、精密度良好,样品不需消化,污染小,是一种快速批量测定全血中铅较为理想的方法。Objective: To develop a simple,rapid and accurate method to determine lead in the whole blood with graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods: The whole blood sample was directly diluted by 0. 02% Pd Cl2+ 0. 5% Triton X- 100 + 0. 1%HNO3,and then determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption standard addition method via direct automatic injection,Zeeman effect was used for background correction and peak area for quantification. Results: The blood lead content was linear in the range of0μg / L ~ 200μg / L;correlation coefficient was 0. 9996; detection limit was 0. 38μg / L; the recovery of standard addition was during97. 9 % ~ 104. 2%; RSD were 4. 3% ~ 5. 5%. The method was successfully applied to determine Certified Reference Materials such as GBW( E)090033- 090036,and the results were in good agreement with the certified values. Conclusion:This method is characterized by good accuracy and precision,no digestion process and little pollution. It is a rapid,in batch and ideal method for determination of lead in whole blood.
