摘　　要：改革开放数十年来来,我国已成为世界上发展速度最快、规模最大的高等教育大国,教育整体上的大众化带动法学教育趋向"粗放式"模式发展,从而使得目前国内高校法学教育质量良莠不齐。作为国内一流法科名校校长,黄进一贯强调法学教育的国际化办学道路,他独特的法学教育思想,为我们创建更多世界一流法科强校、培养世界一流法学精英、构建世界一流法学学科以及世界一流法学学术,提供了极为有力的思想借鉴,也为推动中国法学教育步入世界竞争之列,以获取国际平台话语权和国际规则制定权奠定有利前提。Since the Reform and Opening up for decades, China has become the world＇s fastest--growing and the largest scale higher education leading power, the popularization of education as a whole, promotes legal education developing under ＂Extensive＂ model, which makes the currently the domestic legal education is of varying quality. As the national first--class law school principals, Huang Jin has always stressed the international manage way of legal education, his unique legal education concepts, provides a very strong ideological referencefor us to create more world--class law schools, cultivate world--class law elites, build world--class law disciplines and world--class legal science, and lay the favorable conditions for pushing for ward Chinese legal education into the global competition in order to obtain the international platform for the right of speaking and international rule--making.
