摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法同时测定养心定悸胶囊(炙甘草、桂枝、地黄等)中4种成分的含有量。方法养心定悸胶囊50%甲醇提取液的分析采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以0.1%甲酸-乙腈为流动相,梯度洗脱;体积流量1 m L/min;柱温40℃;检测波长265 nm。结果甘草苷、甘草酸、桂皮酸、桂皮醛分别在1.00~80.24μg/m L(r=0.999 0)、2.52~100.70μg/m L(r=0.999 7)、0.50~40.40μg/m L(r=1.000 0)、0.66~52.96μg/m L(r=1.000 0)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为97.74%、100.97%、101.48%、99.49%,RSD分别为0.45%、1.11%、1.27%、1.66%。结论该方法简便准确,重复性好,可用于养心定悸胶囊的质量控制。AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of four constituents in Yangxin Dingji Capsules（ a cardiac tonic for palpitation,containing Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle,Cinnamomi Ramulus,Rehmanniae Radix,etc.）. METHODS The analysis of 50% methanol extract of Yangxin Dingji Capsules was performed on a 40 ℃ thermostatic Diamonsil C18column（ 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm）,with the mobile phase comprising of 0. 1% formic acid-acetonitrile flowing at 1. 0 m L / min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelength was set at 265 nm. RESULTS Liquiritin,glycyrrhizic acid,cinnamic acid and cinnamic aldehyde showed good linear relationships within the ranges of 1. 00-80. 24 μg / m L（ r = 0. 999 0）,2. 52-100. 70 μg /m L（ r = 0. 999 7）,0. 50-40. 40 μg /m L（ r = 1. 000 0） and 0. 66-52. 96 μg / m L（ r = 1. 000 0）,whose average recoveries were 97. 74%,100. 97%,101. 48% and 99. 49% with the RSDs of 0. 45%,1. 11%,1. 27% and 1. 66%,respectively. CONCLUSION This simple,accurate and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Yangxin Dingji Capsules.
