摘 要:以女贞子为原料,利用索氏提取法提取女贞子油。以液料比、提取温度和提取时间3个因素为独立变量,采用响应面中心复合试验设计法对女贞子油的提取工艺进行优化,确定女贞子油的最佳提取工艺,气相色谱分析法确定女贞子油的主要化学组成。结果表明:所选3个过程因素对女贞子油提取率的影响依次为:提取温度>液料比>提取时间。通过响应面法优化,确定女贞子油的最佳提取工艺为:液料比14∶1(V/W),提取温度87℃,提取时间25h;在此条件下,女贞子油提取率93.7%±0.54%与理论预测值94.2%基本吻合。女贞子油的主要化学组成为亚油酸甘油三酯、棕榈油酸甘油三酯和油酸甘油三酯。研究优选出的索氏提取法提取女贞子油的最佳工艺条件和化学组成分析结果将为女贞子的综合开发利用提供理论依据。Ligustrurn lucidum seeds were used as raw materials to extract oil with Soxhlet apparatus. Factors affecting the extraction were examined and optimized by central composite design and response surface methodology (RSM). Chemical compositions of the seed oil were analyzed by gas chromatography (GC). The order of the importance of the factors was temperature〉ratio of solvent to material〉extraction time. The optimized extraction conditions were ratio of solvent to material:14 :1 (V/W), temperature: 87℃, extraction time:25 h,the oil extraction rate was 93.7±0.54% under these conditions,which was in accordance with the predicted value of 94.2% by RSM. GC analysis demonstrated that the fatty acids in the oil were linoleic acid,palmitoleic acid,and oleic acid. The results of this study would provide theoretical references for the development of L. lucidurn.
