留守经历大学生城镇居民基本医疗保险满意度分析

摘　　要：目的分析某高校留守经历与未留守经历大学生城镇居民基本医疗保险满意度,探讨影响满意度的因素。方法采用分层抽样方法选取某高校957名大学生为调查对象,自编问卷调查大学生城镇居民基本医疗保险满意度及其影响因素,应用SPSS19.0软件进行统计分析。结果大学生基本医疗保险满意度为53.40%。留守经历比未留守经历大学生满意度低(P<0.05)。影响大学生基本医疗保险满意度的因素有:性别(OR=1.343)、家庭所在地(OR=1.577)、入学前留守情况(OR=1.321)等。结论大学生基本医疗保险满意度不高,应继续研究影响大学生基本医疗保险满意度的因素,促进医疗保险的健康发展;应进一步研究留守经历对大学生观点和意识的影响。Objective The study analyzed the satisfaction levels on urban resident-oriented basic medical insurance among undergraduates with and without left-behind experience, so as to explore the influencing factors for insurance satisfaction level. Methods Stratified sampling method was adopted to select a total of 957 undergraduates from a university as the survey subjects. Self-designed questionnaires were utilized to survey the satisfaction levelsand the influencing factors on urban resident-oriented basic medical insurance among the undergraduates. The results were statistically analyzed by using SPSS19.0 software. Results The satisfaction level on basic medical insurance among the undergraduates was 53.40%. The satisfaction level among undergraduates with left-behind experience was lower than that among those without left-behind experience （P〈0.05）. The influencing factors for satisfaction level on basic medical insuranceamong the undergraduateswere gender （OR=1.343）, place of residence （OR=1.577）, and pre-college left-behind experience （OR--1.321）. Conclusion The satisfaction level on basic medical insurance is not high in undergraduates, and the influencing factors should be further studied to promote healthy development of medical insurance. The impacts of left-behind experience on opinions and awareness of undergraduatesshouldalso be further studied.
