南宁市在校大中专学生HIV感染者的特征分析

摘　　要：目的分析南宁市大中专学生艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者的特征,为开展有针对性的干预措施提供依据。方法回顾性分析南宁市2005-2016年6月大中专学生HIV/AIDS病例的数据信息。结果 2005-2016年6月,共报告194例大中专学生HIV感染者/AIDS病例,占南宁市总病例的比例从2005年的0.04%上升至2016年上半年的1.22%。平均年龄21.15±2.69岁,最小16岁;男性占89.18%;病例至少来自33所大中专院校。性传播感染占95.87%,男男性行为传播占63.40%;男男性行为传播的比例逐年增加(χ~2=17.673,P=0.024)。病例多性伴的现象较为突出,且男男性传播者的性伴数显著高于异性性传播者的性伴数(Z=5.455,P<0.001)。结论 HIV对大中专学生的危害逐年增加,应及早采取针对性的健康教育和干预措施,降低艾滋病在大中专学生中的流行态势。Objective This study was aimed to analyze the risk factors for college students and technical school students with HIV/AIDS in Nanning city, in order to provide evidence for the implementation of target prevention and intervention. Methods College students and technical school students with HIV/AIDS in Nanning city from 2005 to June 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. Results A total of 194 college students and technical school students with HIV/AIDS were reported from 2005 to June 2016 in Nanning. The proportion of students cases from 2005 to June 2016 increased from 0.04% to 1.22%. The average age was 21.15~2.69, and the youngest was 16 years old. The proportion of male cases was 89.18%, and the cases came from more than 33 colleges. The proportion of sexually transmitted infections was 95.87%, and the men who have sex with men （MSM） transmission rate was 63.40%. The proportion of MSM transmitted infections was higher year by year （χ2=17.673, P=0.024）. The phenomenon of multiple sexual partners was widespread, and the proportion of MSM was higher than heterosexually transmitted （Z=5.455, P〈0.001）. Conclusion The influence of HIV/AIDS on college students and technical school students was increasing year by year. Targeted health education and interventions should be taken as soon as possible to reduce the epidemic tendency in this population.
