摘  要:该试验选择香菇K5作为试验材料,以杂木、桑木、苹果木和枣木为栽培基质,每种基质设3个氮含量处理水平,通过分析菌丝生长发育期间菌丝的生长情况以及菌棒中的有机质、氮、磷、钾含量,研究不同栽培基质对香菇生长发育的影响。试验结果表明,香菇菌丝在4种果木基质上均能生长,其中苹果木、桑木的菌丝平均生长速率相对较快;枣木初期生长较快,后期逐渐变慢,导致其平均生长速率偏低。此外,香菇菌丝生长阶段对菌棒中碳源的利用要比对氮、磷、钾的利用高,由桑木和枣木作为主要栽培基质的菌棒菌丝发满后菌棒中氮、磷、钾含量相对较高,因此,在香菇代料栽培中可以考虑使用桑木和枣木代替传统的阔叶树木屑。This experiment selected Lentinula edodes K5 as experimental material and set up four kinds of cultivation medium including hardwood, mulberry trees, apple trees and jujube trees, and each medium set up three treatment levels of nitrogen content. The influence of different cultivation medium on the growth and development of L. edodes through analyzing the growth of mycelium and the content of organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium of stick in the growth of the mycelium were studied. The result indicated that the mycelium could grow in the four kinds of cultivation medium, and the average growth rate in cultivation medium including apple trees and mulberry trees was relatively high, and in the cultivation medium including jujube trees. The mycelium grew fast early, then gradually slowed down, resulting in an average growth rate low. In addition, the utilization of carbon was higher than the use of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in the mycelium growth stage of L. edodes, and the nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium of L. edodes stick was relatively high after full of mycelium when the cultivation medium include the mulberry trees and jujube trees. Therefore, mulberry trees and jujube trees can be considered to instead of the traditional hardwood as the cultivation material in the substitute cultivation.
