摘  要:通过对松藻煤矿2225工作面穿层抽采(K2巷道布置钻场,穿层抽采Kb3煤层瓦斯)钻孔的抽采效果分析,发现封孔工艺的好坏直接影响到抽采效果。在原有封孔工艺基础上,结合现场情况从钻孔布置、封孔材料及深度、注浆时间、预堵深度等方面提出运输巷钻孔改进方案,并进行了试验。结果表明:采用改进工艺后,虽然成本稍高,但钻场卸压时间增加,卸压抽采量提高;钻场预抽浓度提高了,几乎是原工艺抽采的4.4倍,有效的提高抽采效率。Through the analysis on the drilling hole gas drainage effect(2225 working face crossing seam drainage,K2 air way drilling field layout,crossing seam drainage gas in Kb3 coal seam),it is found that hole sealing technology directly affects gas drainage. Based on the original hole sealing technology and combining with filed conditions, an improved drilling scheme for transportation roadway was proposed, considering the drilling layout, sealing material and depth,grouting time,pre-plugging depth. Test results of the scheme showed that,with a little rise in the cost and drilling pressure relief time, the pressure-relief gas drainage amount was greatly increased, the drilling field pre-pumping concentration was enhanced to 4. 4 times,the drainage efficiency was improved.
