摘 要:为了研究入料性质对筛分效果的影响,采用人工加入喷水和煤泥的方法改变筛分入料的水分和煤泥含量,并通过筛分效率、筛上产品限下率等因素考察筛分效果。结果表明:水分的增加会使得细颗粒煤潮湿粘结,从而使筛分效率降低,筛上物的限下率增加;煤泥量的增加会对较细颗粒的透筛性能造成一定影响,使得筛分效率微微降低,筛上物的限下率的增加,入料的水分和煤泥含量较大均会对干法筛分的效果有不利的影响。In order to study the influence of feeding property on screening performance,the water and slime contents were adjusted through water spraying and slime addition in the feedings, and the screening performance was investigated according to screening efficiency and fines content in the oversize product. The test results show that,screening efficiency declines and fines content in the oversize product increases with increasing water content,which makes fine coal particles wet and bond together; screening efficiency slightly declines and fines content in the oversize product increases with increasing slime content,which affected the screening performance of fine particles. High water and slime contents of the feeding both have negative influence on the performance of dry screening.
