摘 要:针对回收煤柱过程中围岩异常的破坏规律,研究了二次回采工作面回收煤柱过程中煤柱、空巷、工作面顶板的破坏规律。研究表明:空巷断面较小时空巷破坏受工作面影响较小,被回收煤柱的破坏主要受工作面引起的支承压力的影响,空巷对工作面顶板及煤柱的影响较小;空巷断面较大时工作面顶板破坏受空巷围岩集中应力影响较大,煤柱受支承压力和巷道应力集中作用失稳宽度较大。力学分析可知,工作面悬顶长度一定时,空巷宽度越大,煤柱失稳时宽度越大。现场观测表明:随着煤柱被回采宽度减小,煤柱中应力集中程度增大,煤柱两侧片帮次数增加、两侧顶板冒顶次数增加。Aiming at the abnormal failure law of surrounding rock during coal pillar recovery,the paper studied the failure law of coal pillar,abandoned roadway and working face roof in coal pillar mining. Research shows that: when cross-section of abandoned roadway is relatively small,the failure of abandoned roadway is less affected by the working face,the failure of coal pillar is mainly affected by abutment pressure and less affected by abandoned roadway; when cross-section of abandoned roadway is relatively big, the failure of working face roof is greatly affected by concentrated stress of surrounding rock in abandoned roadway,the destabilization width of coal pillar is big under the influence of abutment pressure and stress concentration. Mechanical analysis shows that: bigger cross-section of abandoned roadway leads to wider destabilization of coal pillar. Field observation shows that, with the decrease of coal pillar width, the stress concentrates on coal pillar,leading to more frequent rib spalling and roof caving.
