摘  要:目的建立同时测定苍芩鼻炎合剂中桉油精及薄荷脑含量的气相色谱法。方法按挥发油测定法提取桉油精、薄荷脑。采用安捷伦DB-WAX毛细管柱(30 m×0.320 mm,0.25μm)分离,氮气为载气,FID检测器,柱温为程序升温,初始温度为75℃,保持8 min,以4℃/min的速率升至150℃,再以20℃/min速率升至200℃,保持5 min,流速为1.5 m L/min,进样口温度为200℃,分流比为20∶1,检测器温度为250℃。结果桉油精、薄荷脑质量浓度分别在5.364~536.4μg/m L(r=0.999 9,n=6)和5.102~510.2μg/m L(r=0.999 9,n=6)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好;桉油精平均回收率为94.75%,RSD为1.80%(n=6),薄荷脑平均回收率为95.29%,RSD为1.01%(n=6)。结论该方法准确度高,重复性好,满足同时测定桉油精、薄荷脑含量的要求。Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of eucalyptol and menthol in Cangqin Biyan Mixture. Methods Eucalyptol and menthol was extracted by steam distillation. The capillary column was Agilent Db- Wax(30 m×0. 320 mm, 0.25 μm). The carrier gas was nitrogen and FID as detector. The initial column temperature was kept at 75 ℃ for 8 min with an increase of 4 ℃/min to 150 ℃, then 20 ℃/min to 200℃ (sustained for 5 rain). The flow rate was 1.5 mL/min, the injector temperature was 200 ℃, 20:1 of split ratio and the detector temperature was 250℃. Results The mass concentration of eucalyptol and menthol were linear in the range of 5. 364-536.4 μg/mL(r=0. 999 9, n=6) and 5. 102-510.2 μg/mL(r=0.999 9, n=6). The average recovery rate of eucalyptol was 94. 75%, RSD was 1.80% ( n = 6). The average recovery rate of menthol was 95.29%, RSD was 1.01% (n =6). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and well reproducible, which is suitable for the simultaneous content determination of euealyptol and menthol.
