中药饮片小包装规格的设计

摘　　要：目的设计适合医院临床使用的小包装中药饮片的包装规格。方法抽取医院2016年3月中药处方8 266张,根据巴莱多定律,分析不同剂数和剂量在处方中的分布情况进行规格设计。结果 6,10,15,20,30 g 5种规格包装,可满足93%以上的临床用药需要。结论小包装规格的设计必须结合医院医师处方习惯,才能满足医院医师的用药需要。Objective To design specifications for small package of Chinese herbal pieces to suit the clinical using in hospitals. Methods A total of 8 266 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine were collected in March 2016, and the specification design of different doses and dosages in the prescriptions was analyzed according to the Pareto＇s law. Results 5 kinds of packages of 6, 10, 15, 20, 30 g can meet the needs of more than 93% of clinical medication. Conclusion The specification design of small packages must be combined with the doctor＇s prescription habit in order to meet the medication needs of the doctors.
