情志护理联合保温措施预防急诊剖宫产手术寒颤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨情志护理联合保温措施预防急诊剖宫产手术寒颤发生的临床效果。方法:将120例急诊剖宫产产妇随机分成对照组和观察组,每组60例。2组均采用手术室常规护理方法,观察组增加情志护理及保温措施干预。观察2组产妇入室时、麻醉后、胎儿娩出前、娩出后、术毕时的腋温;术中、术后寒颤发生的情况。结果:观察组产妇入室时、麻醉后、胎儿娩出前、娩出后、术毕时的腋温较稳定(P>0.05),而对照组产妇的波动则较大(P<0.01)。观察组术中寒颤的发生率较对照组的低(P<0.01),术后寒颤的发生率亦较同期对照组的低(P<0.05)。2组术中、术后寒颤程度的差异均有统计学意义(Hc值分别为3.0168与3.60263,P均<0.05)。结论:情志护理联合保温措施能有效减少产妇术中、术后寒颤的发生,值得临床推广。Objective： To explore the clinical effect of the emotional nursing combined heat preservation measures for preventing emergency cesarean section chills. Methods： A total of 120 cases of emergency caesarean section patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 60 cases in each group. Conventional nursing methods were adopt in two groups, in addition, observation group received heat preservation measures and emotional nursing at the same time. The axillary temperature of the two groups were measured at different time points： time to enter the operating room, after anesthesia, before and after childbirth, the end of surgery, intraoperative and postoperative chills were detected. Results： The axillary temperature measured at those different time points remained stable in the observation group （P〉0.05）, while the temperature of the control group fluctuated greatly （P〈 0.01）. The incidence rates of intraoperative and postoperative chilis in the observation group were lower than those in control group （P〈0.01） . The degree of intraoperative and postoperative chills between the two groups had a statistically significant difference （Hc value were 3.0168 and 3.0168, P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion： Emotional nursing combined heat preservation measures can effectively reduce the occurrence of intraperative and postoperative chills after the cesarean section, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
