摘　　要：为解决不完备信息系统条件下的舰艇编队综合防空来袭目标威胁度量问题,提出了一种基于不完备信息系统的舰艇编队威胁度量规则的提取方法。通过研究不完备信息系统中条件属性缺失下的信息补全和决策属性缺失下的策略生成,得出专家决策信息最为相似时的折扣系数。在满足防空决策要求的前提下,设定???的取值求取不完备信息系统的约简规则。该方法能在条件属性和决策属性都存在部分缺失的情况下提供满足支持度的目标威胁度量,给水面舰艇编队防空提供决策依据。To solve the integrated air defense to attack target threat measurement problem under thecondition of incomplete information system information of ships, a kind of measurement rule extractionmethod of ship formation based on incomplete information systems is put forward. By studying the conditionattribute in incomplete information systems under the lack of information for completion and strategygenerated under missed decision attribute, the discount coefficient is obtained when the expertdecision-making information is most similar. On the premise of meeting the requirements of air defensedecision-making, the value of 0- 2 is set to calculate the reduction rules of incomplete information systemsThis method can not only provide a measure of the target threat to meet the support of the conditionalattributes and the decision attributes, but also offer the decision basis for the surface ship fleet air defense.
