摘 要:超期服役炮射导弹增程发动机的性能能否满足设计指标要求是迫切需要解决的问题。通过开展超期服役炮射导弹增程发动机静止点火试验,采集出厂验收信息,分析增程发动机内弹道性能参数的变化趋势和原因。结果表明:该炮射导弹增程发动机经过XX年的自然储存仍然满足设计指标要求,但最大压强有所增大。建议对超期服役炮射导弹增程发动机开展静止点火试验前对装药进行CT扫描,确保试验安全。Whether the properties of rocket-assisted engine of gun-launched missile in extra-service can satisfy design indexes is an urgent problem to be solved. Static firing test of rocket-assisted engine of gun-launched missile in the extra-service was carried out and the information of ex-factory acceptance was collected. The change trend and reason of internal ballistic performance of rocket-assisted engine were analyzed. The result shows that the properties of the rocket-assisted engine of gun-launched missile after several years of natural storage can satisfy the design indexes, but the maximal pressure is increscent to some extent. It is suggested that the charge of rocket-assisted engine of gun-launched missile in the extra-service be applied with computed tomography scanning before static firing test. This method can ensure safety in static firing test.
