摘 要:为了解贫氧推进剂在冲击载荷下的力学响应,实施了贫氧推进剂的SHPB实验,获得了推进剂相应的动态压缩力学特性。实验结果表明,贫氧推进剂在高应变率下具有显著的应变率敏感性,推进剂的应力随应变率增加而不断上升;推进剂的最大应力与应变率对数存在线性关系;从应力-应变曲线推断,该推进剂在高应变率变形时表现出粘弹性和超弹性相结合的性质。实验研究可作为研究贫氧推进剂药柱在点火阶段结构完整性的重要依据。To investigate mechanical response of fuel-rich propellant under impact loading, SHPB tests were carried out and corresponding compressive mechanical properties of the propellant were acquired. Experimental results indicate that fuel-rich propellant' s mechanical properties are sensitive to strain rate, and stress of the propellant rises with increasing strain rates. The maximum compressive stress versus logarithmic strain rate curve shows linear relationship. It can be concluded the propellant exhibits visco-hyperelastic properties. The presented experimental work could be applied to researching structural integrity of fuel-rich propellant grain during ignition regime.
