摘 要:目的完成医院从Mini PACS系统向"大影像中心"的升级、改造,打造一个24×7小时高可用、高安全、可扩展的PACS系统。方法采用"双机、双核(双回路)"思路构建服务器集群,利用负载均衡技术实现DAS服务器、WEB服务器、复制服务器、核心服务器数据智能分流。结果 PACS原有硬件得到最大化利用,实现了硬件级别的"零"故障率,网络传输速度得到了较大提升。结论负载均衡技术在PACS系统升级、改造中的应用,为实现医院的信息化打下坚实的基础。Objective To complete the upgrade and transformation from Mini PACS to "Large Image Center", a PACS system withhigh availability of 24 x 7 hours, high safety and extendibility. Methods The sever clusters were built with the thought of "dual device anddual core (double loops)". The intelligent distributary of data among DAS sever, WEB sever, copy sever and core sever was accomplishedwith the technique of load balance. Results PACS original hardwares were used maximumly with "zero" failure rate of hardware level, andthe network transmission speed increased greatly. Conclusions The application of load balance technique in upgrade and transformation ofPACS system provides a solid foundation of hospital informationization.
