腹腔镜下子宫全切术围术期护理的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨行腹腔镜下子宫全切术患者的围手术期护理方法及其效果。方法选取我院收治的行腹腔镜下子宫全切术患者80例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组行一般护理,观察组在对照组基础上行围手术期护理,比较两组患者的手术和预后指标以及满意度。结果两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、肠道功能恢复时间和总住院时间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的满意度为97.5%,显著高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围手术期护理应用于行腹腔镜下子宫全切术的患者效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the perioperative nursing approach and the effect for patients undergoing total laparoscopichysterectomy. Methods 80 cases of patients undergoing total laparoscopic hysterectomy in our hospital were selected and randomly dividedinto observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received general nursing, while the observationgroup received perioperative nursing intervention on this basis. The operative and prognostic indicators, and satisfaction degree of patientswere compared between two groups. Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, recovery time of intestinal function and totalhospitalization time of patients had statistical differences between two groups （P 〈0.05）. The satisfaction degree of observation group was97.5%, significantly higher than 80.0% of control group, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The perioperative nursing in totallaparoscopic hysterectomy has significant effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
