摘  要:以丙烯酸羟乙酯、环氧氯丙烷和咪唑为原料,通过环氧氯丙烷的开环反应和亲核取代反应制得丙烯酸-2-(2-羟基-3-氯丙氧基)乙酯(A),再以过硫酸钾和亚硫酸氢钠为复合引发剂,采用水溶液自由基聚合法合成了一种咪唑改性聚丙烯酸酯聚合物(AA)。将AA用于油田废水的除油,考察了聚合物AA添加量、温度以及pH值对除油效果的影响,同时采用静态挂片失重法、电化学法及SEM考察其对N80钢的缓蚀性能。结果表明,在AA添加量为30mg/L、反应温度40℃、pH=10条件下,含油废水的除油率达到95.3%,比聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)的除油效果好。当AA添加量为0.9%时,在90℃盐酸质量分数20%的介质中,N80钢的缓蚀率为96.2%,说明该聚合物在酸性介质中可以在N80钢表面形成完整致密的吸附膜,具有良好的缓蚀性能,是一种以抑制阳极过程为主的混合型缓蚀剂。The intermediate product was synthesized by ring opening reaction and nucleophilic substitution reaction with 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate,epichlorohydrin and imidazole as raw materials,and then the polymer(AA)was synthesized by aqueous solution free radical polymerization method with the mixture of potassium peroxydisulfate and sodium bisulfite as initiator.The AA was used to remove the oil from oilfield wastewater and the effects of AA dosages,temperature and pH value on the oil removal performances were investigated.The corrosion inhibition of AA for N80 steel was studied by the methods of the mass-loss,electrochemical and SEM.The results showed that the oil removal effect of AA was superior to polyacrylamide(PAM),with the oil remove rate of 95.3%under the conditions of 30mg/L AA dosage,40℃and pH=10.The inhibition rate for N80 steel in the medium containing 20% HCl at 90℃was 96.2% with the AA dosage of 0.9%,indicating that the polymer AA has good inhibition function for steel corrosion in the acid medium,because a completely density adsorption film on steel surface was formed.AA is a corrosion inhibitor for inhibiting both the corrosion processes of the battery cathode and anode.
