摘 要:为实现大型精密装备的长途快速运输,保证运输过程中装备的安全性,在运输车鹅颈部分设计一套减振缓冲装置,可以在行车方向和垂直方向上有效减少装备的振动;在运输车中车架和后车架部分的连接处设计一种限高定位减振装置,不仅能够保证运输过程中车架的离地高度,而且能够有效地降低中车架部分的振动;运输车的后车架部分采用空气悬挂结构,该机构在行车方向和垂直方向上均有很好的减振缓冲性能。建立整个运输车的力学模型和数学模型,在不同工况下进行振动仿真分析和试验研究,证明了减振缓冲装置的可行性和实用性,能够有效地保障大型精密装备在运输过程中的安全性,对运输车减振缓冲性能的研究具有指导作用和经济实用价值。In order to realize the long-distance and fast transportation of the large-scale precision equipment, and ensure the safety of the equipment during the transportation, a set of damping devices is designed in the gooseneck section of the transporter, so the vibration of the equipment can be reduced efficiently in the driving direction and vertical direction. A kind of damping device which can limit the height and location is designed in the joint of the middle frame section and the rear frame section, so the terrain clearance of the middle frame section can be ensured during the transportation, and the vibration of the middle frame section can be reduced efficiently. The air suspension structures are used in the rear frame section, which are good for the large-scale precision equipment in the driving direction and the vertical direction. The mechanical model and mathematical model of the whole transporter are built, and the simulation analysis of vibration and the research of experiment are processed in different conditions. It is proved that the damping devices have great feasibility and practicability, and the safety of the large-scale precision equipment can be ensured efficiently during the transportation. The study of vibration damping performance has guiding effect and practical value.
