摘 要:以α-Al_2O_3、γ-Al_2O_3和活性碳为原料,采用高温碳热还原氮化在氮气保护气氛下常压合成了AlON粉体。并探讨了氧化铝晶型、氧化铝和碳粉的配比、合成温度、保温时间等工艺条件对合成AlON粉体纯度的影响,通过对合成粉料的XRD、SEM分析,发现AlON的在低于1900℃下烧结存在氧化铝和氮化铝杂质,并且在1900℃,保温2 h能够得到晶形发育完善、粒度均匀、纯度高的AlON粉体。当碳含量为5.6%时,氮气流量为4 L/min,制备得到纯度达98%以上的AlON粉体;通过对比γ-Al_2O_3和α-Al_2O_3,发现γ-Al_2O_3晶型更有利于AlON粉体的形成。AlON powders were synthesized by high temperature carbothermal reduction and nitridation using starting powders of α-Al2O3, γ-Al2O3 and activated carbon in N2 atmosphere. And the influence of the crystal structure of alumina, the ratio of alumina and carbon powder, synthesis temperature, and holding time on the purity of AlON powders was studied. The XRD and SEM analysis results indicated that impurities such as alumina and aluminum nitride remained when the sintering temperature was lower than 1900 ℃, and the AlON powder with high crystallinity, uniform particle size, high purity was obtained when sintered at 1900℃ with two hours holding time. When the carbon content was 5.6% and the nitrogen flow was 4 L/min, the AlON powder with more than 98% purity was obtained. The comparison between γ-Al2O3 and α-Al2O3 showed that γ-Al2O3 was more conducive to the formation of AlON powder.
