摘 要:将常温下混合的半水石膏浆经不同温度的水热预处理后浇注成型,将干燥得到的石膏模进行断裂模数和吸水率测定,对最终石膏模内部晶相组成、晶体发育程度、晶体形貌等进行表征,探讨水热工艺对石膏模基础性能和显微结构的影响。研究表明,水热预处理工艺可以有效促进石膏模中二水石膏晶体的发育、提高结晶完整度,随着水热温度的升高,晶体发育地更加细长;新工艺下制得的石膏模较传统工艺下制备的石膏模强度明显提高,模的吸水率没有下降,反而出现一定程度的提高。The hemihydrate gypsum slurries mixed at normal temperature were pretreated by hydrothermal method at different temperatures before casting gypsum mould. Then, the rupture modulus and water absorption of dried gypsum mould were tested. The phase composition and growth of crystal and crystal morphology of the mould were also characterized. Then, the effect of hydrothermal method on the basic performance and microstructure of gypsum mould was discussed. The results indicate that hydrothermal pretreatment technology would promote the growth and increase the crystallinity of dihydrate gypsum crystalline of gypsum mould effectively. The crystal will grow longer and thinner with the increase of the hydrotherrnal temperature. The strength of gypsum mould prepared by the new process is obviously higher than by the traditional craft. And the water absorption didn't decline, but rose a little.
