摘  要:以景德镇地区紫砂页岩为研究对象,利用XRD和XRF等测试手段以获得不同采样矿点原料的矿物组成、化学及含量,发现其物相主要由石英、高岭石、伊利石与赤铁矿组成;通过研究两个典型采样矿点配比量,探讨了球磨时间、含水率对可塑性的影响,并研究了不同烧成温度下吸水率、收缩率的变化。实验结果表明,景德镇鱼山区矿点紫砂页岩70%,乐平市矿点紫砂页岩25%,叶腊石5%,外加2%膨润土、0.3%腐殖酸和1%BaCO_3时,其制备的紫砂泥料性能最佳,可塑性指标达16.8;在1110℃下烧成后的总收缩为9.65%,吸水率为2.54%。Research was conducted on Zisha shale samples quarried from different mines in Jingdezhen by XRD and XRF testing means to obtain their mineral and chemical compositions. Results showed that they were mainly composed of quartz, kaolinite, illite and hematite. By batching with the samples from two typical mines, the effects of milling time and water content on their plasticity were discussed, and the variation of their water absorption and shrinkage with different sintering temperatures was studied. The experimental results showed that the best performance of Zisha clay was obtained, when the batch was composed of 70% Zisha shale from Yushan mine, 25% Zisha shale from Leping mine, 5% pyrophyllite, 2% bentonite, 0.3% humic acid and 0.3% BaCO3. Its plasticity, total shrinkage and water absorption were 16.8, 9.65% and 2.54%, respectively, when sintered at 1110℃.
