提高汽车铸铁件质量一致性和稳定性的措施

摘　　要：介绍了现代乘用车规模化生产中对铸铁件的要求,不仅要求铸件表面质量好、尺寸精度高、化学成分和微观组织稳定、力学性能满足服役技术条件、加工性能良好,还要求铸件质量稳定性和一致性好。详细阐述了影响乘用车铸件质量一致性和稳定性的主要因素,并提出了提高铸铁件质量稳定性和一致性的重要措施:从铸件质量的技术要求出发,制订包括各类参数精细化控制要求的工艺规范;并且构建和完善能实现对各参数进行精细化控制的设备仪器,尽量采用现代自动化装备,以减少人为因素,达到精细化控制的目的,进而保证铸铁件质量的一致性和稳定性。The requirements for the iron castings in the scale-volume production of passenger cars were introduced： not only the surface quality must be good,dimensions accuracy must be high,chemical compositions and microstructure must be stable, mechanical properties must meet service technical conditions,machinability must be good,and the quality stability and consistency of the castings must be also good. The main factors influencing the quality stability and consistency of the castings of passenger cars were described in detail,and the important measures to elevate the quality stability and consistency of the castings were proposed：considering the casting quality technical requirements,the process regulations including the detailed control requirements were stipulated,as well as the equipments and apparatuses which can realize detailed control of various parameters were established and perfected;use as possible modem automatized equipments to reduce artificial factors to realize detailed control, and further to ensure the quality stability and consistency of the castings.
