小檗碱在呼吸系统疾病中的应用及其作用机制的研究进展

摘　　要：小檗碱是一味中国的传统中药，随着药理学的研究进展及对药物作用机制的深入研究，经过一系列的临床试验，小檗碱新的作用机制被揭示，临床适应证不断扩大，其对消化、内分泌等多个系统的疾病均具有治疗作用。目前研究证实小檗碱不仅具有广谱抗菌作用，还具有较强的抗炎和免疫调节作用，这使得越来越多的研究开始关注小檗碱在呼吸系统疾病中的应用价值，小檗碱较强的抗炎作用能有效减轻慢阻肺患者气道炎症反应，其广谱的抗菌作用为结核病及肺炎的治疗带来了希望，随后的动物和临床试验研究也逐渐证实小檗碱能有效改善呼吸系统疾病症状，起到一定的治疗作用。Berberine is a taste of traditional Chinese medicine. With the progress of research on pharmacology and mechanism of drug action of extensive research, the new mechanism of berberine was re- vealed through a series of clinical trials, the clinical indications continue to expand, and berberine has a therapeutic effect in digestive and endocrine system disease. The current study confirmed that berberine not only has the broad-spectrum antibacterial activity, but also plays a strong anti-inflammatory and immune reg- ulatory role, which makes more and more research began to concern its application value in the diseases of respiratory system. The strong anti-inflammatory effect of berberine can effectively relieve the airway inflam- mation of patients who are suffering from chronic obstructive pulmonary, and the broad-spectrum antibacteri- al effect brought hope for the treatment of tuberculosis and pneumonia. The subsequent animal and clinical studies have confirmed that berberine can effectively improve the symptoms of respiratory system diseases, and play a role in the treatment.
