摘  要:为了充分回采高品位资源,将矿石损失降至最低,以三鑫公司桃花咀矿区浅部厚矿体开采为研究对象,提出了底部结构三角矿柱超前回采及人工构筑技术与工艺,然后针对二步骤采场底部结构出矿需要,提出了两种胶结充填体内出矿巷道构筑技术,确定了符合矿山实际的充填体出矿巷道构筑方案。现场工业试验表明,一、二步骤采场的损失率均降低至2%左右,研究所提出的技术方案为矿山安全有效回收高品位资源提供了技术支撑。To fully recycle the high grade resources and to minimize the ore loss, taking thick ore-body mining in Taohuazui mine of Sanxin company as a research object, the advanced mining and reconstruction technology of triangle ore pillar in trench sill structure were put forward. Then, according to the requirement of ore removal from the sill structure of second-step stope, two reconstruction technologies of ore removal roadway in cemented filling body were put forward, and the reasonable recon- struction scheme was determined. Field industrial test showed that the loss rates of the first-step and second-step stopes were both reduced to 2 %. The technology provided technical support for safely and effectively recycling the high grade resources.
