摘  要:锯板坑急倾斜薄矿脉过去采用浅孔留矿法,形成了大片采空区,威胁采场安全,而且矿石的损失和贫化的问题愈发突出,严重影响矿山经济效益。为有效控制矿石损失与贫化,提出采用上向水平进路充填采矿法代替原来的浅孔留矿法。该方法选用LH201E型电动铲运机运搬矿石,实现了矿岩分采;穿脉的合理布置,有效提高了探采结合的程度;水平孔浅孔爆破结合光面爆破技术,减少了对围岩的破坏及围岩的混入,矿石损失率和贫化率分别控制在8%和10%左右;胶结充填处理采空区提高采场的稳定性,有利于矿山安全持续生产。Jubankeng mine, one of steeply inclined thin ores, used the shallow hole shrinkage mining method in the past, which caused amount of goafs and threatened the stope safety. Besides, the loss and dilution were more and more serious, and the e- conomic benefit of mine was greatly limited. In order to effectively control the loss and dilution, the upward drift cutting and filling method was put forward to replace the original method. This new method used the LH201E LHD to carry the ore, and the selective mining of ore and rock was realized. The reasonable design of transverse drift effectively improved the combination degree of exploring and mining. Combining with the smooth blasting technology, the horizontal shallow-hole blasting decreased the damage and mixing of surrounding rock. The loss rate and dilution rate of ore were controlled within 8% and 10% respec- tively. The cemented filling method for goaf was conducive to the stope stability and the safe production of mine.
