摘  要:某钼矿石中钼品位为0.39%,钼矿物主要为氧化钼和胶硫钼矿,钼的氧化率高达66.67%,钼矿物主要以微细粒度嵌布在褐铁矿中。对比试验发现,相对于原矿直接酸浸工艺,湿式强磁选-粗精矿酸浸工艺的综合能耗更低,工艺处理能力更强,试验取得了钼综合回收率81.69%的指标。A molybdenum ore, with Mo grade of 0.39 % and oxidation rate of 66.67 %, was mainly constituted by oxidative mo- lybdenum and jordisite, and was finely disseminated in limonite. The contrast tests found that compared to the solely acid leac- hing process, the overall energy consumption was lower and the processing capacity was higher by wet high-intensity magnetic separation and primary concentrate acid leaching technology. And the Mo recovery of 81.69% was achieved through the tests.
