摘 要:对豫北地区具有代表性的焦作市博爱县贵屯村传统民居和当地新建民居进行实地调研和温湿度测量,对新旧两种民居过渡季的保温效果进行对比分析,总结出传统民居和新型砖混民居建筑在过渡季节节能方面的优势与不足。在此基础上,对该地区的气象数据进行Weather Tool软件模拟分析,提出优化寒冷地区传统民居室内热环境的方案,并从空间布局、窗户、围护结构以及新能源利用方面对农村住宅建设提出建议,以期达到既延续当地传统民居外观特征,又能提高住宅舒适性的目的。We investigated and measured the temperature and humidity of traditional and new residential houses in Guitun Village, Bo'ai County, Jiaozuo City, north of Henan Province, we also compared and analyzed the heat preservation effect of old and new residential houses and summarized the advantages and disadvantages of traditional residential houses and new brick-concrete residential building in energy saving during the transitional seasons. On this basis, the weather data of this area is simulated and analyzed by Weather Tool software, and the scheme of optimizing the indoor thermal environment of the traditional residential areas in the cold area is put forward, and the suggest for rural residential construction is put forward from the aspects of space layout, windows, enclosures and new energy utilization in order to inherit the local traditional residential house's appearance characteristics and also improve tile comfort of residential house.
