摘　　要：以同济中学图书馆暨杨浦区图书馆修缮扩建项目一期工程的深基坑工程为背景,以保护紧邻优秀历史保护建筑为主线,介绍一种深基坑工程新工艺——CSM工法,并总结历史建筑保护的关键技术措施。其成功实践可为类似条件下的基坑工程设计与施工提供借鉴和参考。Based on background of the deep foundation pit project located in the site of Tongji Middle School Library/Yangpu Library＇s Renovation and Extension Project, this paper introduces a new technology of deep excavation project -- CSM method and summarizes the key technical measures for the protection of historic buildings based on the protection of nearby excellent historical reservation building. This successful practice can provide an example and reference for the design and construction of foundation pit under the similar conditions.
